How is Living Well Physical Therapy different from other PT clinics?
We are an out of network physical therapy clinic, which means we do not contract with any insurance companies. We assure that there are no hidden fee’s and payment is simple.
Living Well Physical Therapy prioritizes loving people first and therefore, you are guaranteed to have excellent customer service with our one on one patient care structure so that you don’t feel rushed or misunderstood in sharing your story.
We believe that true well-being encompasses ALL aspects of health including physical, mental, and spiritual. Unlike many other physical therapy or modern medicine practices; we utilize an integrative approach that is individualized to your needs which will help you get better; and stay better.
Can I submit my bill to insurance?
If you have out of network benefits you can self submit your bill to your insurance company. We are NOT enrolled with Medicare, therefore, claims cannot be submitted to Medicare. We are not in network with any insurance companies and therefore Living Well Physical therapy is not responsible for submitting any claims to insurance companies.
How do I pay for services?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. You can use your FSA, HSA, HRA benefits to pay for Living Well Physical Therapy appointments.
Do I need a physician referral?
No, you do not need a physician referral to come see us because we don’t contract with any insurance company.
